Objectives

The overall objective of the project is to increase regional competitiveness by supporting enterprises and improving business, R&D, innovation and ICT environment, through the:
- Provision of technical assistance to support the Research and Technological Development & Innovation Initiative & Strategies in the Gaziantep Province;
- Increase of the competitiveness of SMEs hosted by Technopark;
- Provision of technical assistance support in terms of capacity building activities for MoSIT for Science & Technology

Activities

IASP will support the team leader in the development of the following tasks:
- To conduct an assessment of Gaziantep Technopark's performance
- To design the roadmap providing guidance as to which direction it should follow to upgrade the Technopark Development in the future 
- To develop manuals & a Business Plan for the Technopark management
- To develop a manual on internationalisation of the Technopark
